All products sold on Plaster Heaven are digital products. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds after a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
• The purchased digital file is technically defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• A payment was made without your authorization.
If you experience a technical problem with your purchase, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will do our best to resolve the problem and provide access to the purchased product where possible.
For refund requests or technical support, please provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
Refund requests are reviewed individually and are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
